The breakfast was very very good on the roof top; the location was magnificent. The room was both beautiful and lovely with bathroom attached, we appreciated it. Location: the hotel was so close to the centre of Marrakech, Marrakech Medina and the Jemaa el-Fna.

Conveniently located near the main square, great for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We were able to use a different room to shower when ours wasn't working. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
They made offensive comments and seemed to have a prejudice against us. Our room didn't lock properly, which made us feel unsafe.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff treated me like family. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main square and there was a convenient shop nearby.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more options, especially for those who prefer continental breakfast.

A little gem away from the hub!
I arrived late at night and was worried about finding my accommodation in the narrow streets of the Medina. But to my surprise, Sam from the riad was there waiting for me with a smile and ready to help carry my backpack. The room I stayed in was quirky and had a sumptuous red canopy above the bed. The sheets and towels were super clean, and the hot water in the shower was plentiful. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was a treat, with a large crepe, warm Danish pastry, and as much toasted bread, butter, and preserve as I wanted. The staff at the riad were friendly and helpful, offering advice for excursions and making sure I had a great holiday. The location was perfect, close to all the sights in Marrakech, and the atmosphere in the Medina was vibrant. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this riad for an authentic Marrakech experience.

Loved the rooftop terrace - perfect for soaking up the sun and sipping on mint tea. The staff were helpful, even when I got lost in the Medina.
Who needs soap or light in the shower, right? And let's not forget the joy of listening to courtyard conversations all night long.

As a frequent traveler, I often find myself needing a convenient place to stay during transit, and Riad Douja was the perfect option. Located just 3.3 km from Marrakesh, it was easily accessible and saved me a lot of time and hassle. I appreciated that Riad Douja is also just 10 km away from Menara, which provided me with the opportunity to explore another beautiful area during my stay.
While my overall experience at Riad Douja was pleasant, there was one minor negative feature that I encountered. The double room I booked had a shared bathroom, and unfortunately, the toilet and shower were located one floor above our room on the roof terrace.
